As a Sommelier and founder of Perspective Cellars in Fredericksburg, Amie now focuses on helping local wineries with everything from pruning in the vineyard to setting up a marketing plan. As a writer, you can find her articles on several Texas wine websites and be sure to look for her wine book available for sale later this year. She is learning to make wine and serves as Assistant Winemaker for two local labels. Expect her label, Amiable Wines, in early 2023.
